Design, Plan & Deliver
How does Design, Plan & Deliver work for landowners?+
HJK appraises the opportunity, produces an indicative scheme, engages the right planning consultants, takes the site through the planning process, then builds the homes.
Do I have to sell my land to a developer?+
No. A growing number of landowners choose to keep ownership and control while HJK acts as their partner to unlock the site's full potential.
When is significant spend committed?+
Our staged approach keeps early spend low: nothing significant is committed until pre-application feedback tells us the ground is firm.
What kinds of sites will you look at?+
Every site is different — a paddock behind a family home, a redundant yard, a plot with a refused history. We look at land the way a buyer, a planner and a builder all would.
