Sell exceptional building work to exceptional clients. High-quality residential projects for private clients across the North West, backed by an established contractor.

The role
This is a consultative, field-based sales role at the top end of the residential market. Your clients are private homeowners — often high-net-worth individuals — planning significant building work.
- Manage inbound enquiries and generate new opportunities through networking and referrals — architects, interior designers, planners and land agents across the North West.
- Visit clients at their home or site; take briefs, measure and scope the works, understand budgets and requirements.
- Price proposals with our technical and commercial team — accurate, and with healthy margins.
- Present in person, negotiate, and close contracts that are right for the client and profitable for the business.
- Guide clients through design, planning permission and building regs alongside our in-house technical department.
- Keep a clean pipeline and CRM, reporting weekly to the Managing Director.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Proven sales record in construction, architecture or premium residential property — closing high-value deals.
- Able to read drawings, scope works on site, and produce or coordinate accurate pricing.
- Genuine construction knowledge — credible on structure, specification, finishes and programme.
- A consultative, unhurried style suited to high-net-worth clients.
- Impeccable presentation and communication; full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Existing network of architects, designers or property professionals in the North West.
- Estimating or QS background; self-build and planning experience; familiarity with energy-efficient construction.
